A successful implementation of a two week student and academic staff exchange program between the State University of New York at Utica, Rome and the Technological Educational Institute of Athens, Greece was developed on 2009. The Institutions participated in a pilot mobility exchange programme between 9^th of March 2009 till 20^th of March 2009. The scope of this pilot faculty and student exchange program was to assess the dynamics and determine the necessary requirements in order to proceed with curricula development with the further aim of student staff mobility and joint degrees and the seeking for funding for such a project.
